  • Shop Data: When you install the App, we access basic shop information (such as your shop domain and contact email) through the Shopify API.

  • App Configuration Data: We store discount set details you create (such as discount percentage, duration, collection IDs, and generated codes) to enable the App to function.

We do not collect or store any customer personal information (e.g. names, addresses, payment details).

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Generate and manage discount sets and codes as configured by you.

  • Maintain the functionality and performance of the App.

  • Provide technical support if needed.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

Data Storage

  • We use Postgres databases hosted on Render, managed via Prisma, to securely store App configuration data.

  • All hosting providers maintain industry-standard security practices.

  • Access to data is limited to authorized personnel only.

Data Sharing

We do not share any collected information with outside parties except:

  • As required by law, regulation, or legal process.

  • To maintain and secure the App’s infrastructure (e.g. backups, error logging).

Data Retention

We retain your App configuration data only as long as you use the App. When you uninstall the App, related configuration data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

  • Request access to the information we store for your shop.

  • Request deletion of your App configuration data.

Security

We follow industry best practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to data systems.
